Terms of Service

1. The Service

Assistly is a WhatsApp Business AI assistant SaaS platform.

It is built on Meta's official WhatsApp Business API.

Assistly is provided by Ahmet Şeker (Ahmet Builds Group).

2. Direct Service Agreement

By subscribing to Assistly, you enter into a direct service agreement with Ahmet Şeker (Ahmet Builds Group). Your subscription, account, and data belong to you as the end customer — regardless of how you were referred to Assistly.

3. Subscription Plans

• Starter, Pro, and Business plans are available.
• Monthly and annual billing options are offered.
• A 14-day free trial is available.
• Current prices are displayed on assistly.ahmetbuilds.com/pricing.

4. Payment and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing period.
• Failed payments may result in suspension of the service.
• Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable.

5. Cancellation

• You may cancel anytime from your account.
• Service continues until the end of your current billing period.
• Your data is deleted within 30 days of cancellation.

6. WhatsApp Business API

• The service depends on Meta's WhatsApp Business API.
• You must comply with Meta's terms of service.
• We are not responsible for changes Meta makes to its platform.
• Phone numbers used must comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You may NOT use Assistly to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Violate WhatsApp's commerce or business policies.
• Engage in illegal activities.
• Harass or abuse end customers.

Violations may result in immediate account termination.

8. Service Availability

• We target 99% monthly uptime.
• Planned maintenance is communicated in advance.
• We accept no liability for Meta or WhatsApp platform outages.

9. Data and Privacy

• Data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.
• Privacy Policy: ahmetbuilds.com/privacy.
• Your data is never sold to third parties.

10. Intellectual Property

• The Assistly platform and brand are owned by Ahmet Builds Group.
• Your business data remains yours.

11. Limitation of Liability

• The service is provided “as is”.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Our maximum liability is limited to your last month's subscription fee.

12. Changes to Terms

• We may update these terms with 30 days' notice.
• Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
